I have joined Qualtech at 2010 and enjoyed my 7 years with “Qualtech Family”. It is inspiring to work for a company that encourages growth and offers opportunities for advancement. Qualtech is a emerging Financial Domain Software Development company, always have lots of Projects, interesting & challenging work to do, which needs some extra effort from Team members too. In my opinion these challenging work and extra effort made me strong technically and gave chance to explore myself more. On top of that these effort always counted by management team & come back as appreciation.
In large company our effort not noticed easily, But such contribution in company like Qualtech will be recognized, appreciated and you become one of remarkable member in the history books of that company. In Large & established company we follow processes and procedures already defined by management, but in Qualtech we have an opportunity to grow by our own efforts.

I have been working in Qualtech Consultants for the last three years. It’s been a very good experience.
