Leadership Team
Manish founded Qualtech in 2003 with a vision to create technology solutions that deliver breakthrough business value. His exposure and deep affinity to the financial industry have been instrumental in laying out the vision and growth areas for Qualtech over the years. Key to this growth has been Manish’s vision to develop a comprehensive platform specifically for the lending ecosystem, which led the creation of miFIN™ –web and mobile enabled multiproduct lending platform. Manish has consulted several of our clients on strategic assignments such as devising technology roadmaps, setting up of IT organization and policies, planning IT strategy, IT Risk evaluation, product evaluation and product launches.
Prior to founding Qualtech, Manish was leading product development and support team for CitiFinancial, a Citigroup company. With over 18 years of experience in the finance domain, and a Bachelors degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur, Manish leads the strategy and client outreach initiatives of Qualtech.
Ashish owns the product and services delivery at Qualtech and is involved in solution architecting, development, and quality assurance for the clients. As technical director for the miFIN™ platform, he is also responsible for the technical roadmap and evolution of the product. His deep expertise in working with multiple technologies and implementations for large-scale projects across the globe is reflected in the solutions that consistently deliver significant business value to Qualtech’s clients. His analytical approach and his way with people make him deliver out of the box technology solutions to “real” business problems.
Prior to joining Qualtech in 2005, Ashish has worked with the software giant Infosys Technologies where he handled large scale projects across domains such as Travel, Logistics, Hospitality, and Finance. With over 18 years of work experience, Ashish holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur.
Ambar owns the product development of miFIN™ platform. Product Development is his passion and he spends time in architecting, & designing technology always ensuring miFIN™ remains true to its promise of Intelligent, Innovative and Integrated Lending platform . Being a natural coder, he loves to spend time on developing best practices and inspires his team to follow them. In his over 13 years of work experience in the IT industry, he has led a variety of projects both in the area of services and product development.
Ambar almost started his career with Qualtech and is an MCA
As an HR professional with over 20 years of experience, Suvralina has been instrumental in the people policy formulation and process design at Qualtech. She holds up the team spirit at Qualtech with her collaborative approach, love for sharing knowledge, and a strong belief in “giving more than you get”. She works extensively across the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and competency management.
Prior to joining Qualtech, Suvralina was an entrepreneur and HR consultant to multiple companies. Suvralina holds a Master’s Degree in Maths from Utkal University and PGDHRM from IGNOU.
